Cancellation & Return Policy

At Yellow Spoon, our team works collectively with a shared goal—to deliver top-notch service for our little customers. Our core belief revolves around ensuring that all products are shipped with high-quality packaging, meeting the nutritional needs of your little ones promptly.

If, unfortunately, you need to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing it.

For cancellations initiated by you:

  • If you cancel your order before the product ships, a refund will be issued after deducting a transaction charge of 2.5%.
  • If the cancellation occurs after your product has shipped:

  • Replacement is applicable only in cases where defects are found in the product upon receipt.

  • WHAT IS YELLOW SPOON'S RETURN POLICY?

    Returns are accepted for quality complaints regarding contents or in the event of product damage. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns, which may be refunded by Yellow Spoon once a change in quality/damage is confirmed, facilitating order refunds.

    Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send an email to notify you of its status—whether approved or rejected.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within two business days.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

    Items purchased on SALE or with points or discount coupons cannot be returned or refunded. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Items returned more than 7 days after delivery. Product complaints are accepted only within 7 days from the delivered date, with the product promptly transferred to an airtight container upon receipt. Otherwise, we cannot accept product complaints.

    EXCEPTIONS:

    While we take great care in packaging our products, if an item arrives damaged, we will either replace or refund it, provided you inform us within 24 hours of receiving your package (as determined by tracking).

    If you suspect packaging damage, please do not accept the parcel. Instead, send it back to us and leave a message at +91 917349203311 or email us at customercare@yellowspoon.co.in. We will also request a photo of the damaged item.
