But if you are a person with an eye for the finer things in life, then you should definitely try this delicious dry fruit smoothie. It is perfect for those on the go.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup milk (any milk of your choice)
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  4. 1 heaping spoon of yellow spoon, dry fruit powder
  5. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  7. A handful of ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

Blend 150 ml of milk, a banana, a heaving scoop of our dry fruit powder mix, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, and a handful of ice cubes. You can add some honey if you like things sweeter, and you can even add some cinnamon for some added flavour.

Once all these ingredients are properly blended, you will have a delicious and filling smoothie. If you’re in bulk, you can add 50 grams of powdered oats to get more calories.

Dry Fruit Powder Pancake:

This recipe is perfect if you’ve got some time to spare, if you want to surprise your kids or partner, or even if you want to treat yourself when you’re craving something special.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour (you can make this by blending oats into a fine powder)
  • 2 tablespoons of yellow spoon dry fruit powder
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Butter or oil for cooking
  • Eggs can be omitted for a vegetarian option.

Instructions:

Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together the flour, yellow spoon dry fruit powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the egg, and then mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; it's okay if there are a few lumps.

Heat the pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges look set, about 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve warm with your favourite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, whipped cream, or more Yellow Spoon dry fruit powder sprinkled on top.
