At Yellow Spoon, we take pride in delivering your favorite products safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. This Delivery & Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, covering most PIN codes through our trusted delivery partners. For remote or restricted locations, delivery timelines may vary.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.


3. Shipping Partners

We work only with trusted & recognized courier partners to ensure your food products are handled with care — from our unit to your doorstep — just like we would deliver them to you personally.


4. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather conditions, transportation delays, or other factors beyond our control.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (as per ongoing offers).

  • Orders below the free shipping threshold will have a nominal delivery fee displayed at checkout.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.

  • You can track your shipment via the courier partner’s website or tracking portal.


7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping may incur additional charges.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive an order that is damaged, tampered with, or missing items:

  1. Please take a clear photo of the package and products.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@yellowspoon.in with order details and images.

  3. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.


9. Incorrect Address / Non-Availability

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order. Yellow Spoon will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable.


10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
